An Update on Usage Metrics

3 min read

Introducing Woosmap Console update that allows developers to access and monitor their usage metrics, more precisely.

Today we’re updating our usage metrics to give our partners and the industry more clarity and confidence about the insights we provide. We know that having access to reliable metrics is important to all of partners who use our services to grow their businesses. As our products evolve to meet the needs of the people and businesses that use them, our metrics will also evolve. Our goal is to communicate more regularly about our metrics updates, so that our partners can focus on doing what they do best — serving their customers — with the best insights possible.

Time Axis

We added time slices to consult usage metrics so charts could be displayed with periods of 12 months, 30 days, one week, 24 hours and up to 1 hour.

In addition, you’re also able to set a custom end date that allow you to focus on a special event or compare two different time periods.

Improved Accuracy

Last week we detected a glitch and corrected it. Since then, charts have never been so accurate and useful! Users have now an accurate and reliable vision on their usages but we keep working on this subject to enrich the console with relevant data and features.

To go even further in understanding the metrics, please, do not hesitate to refer you as needed and explore our Knowledge Base.
